What is this happening?

My room is haunted, supposedly to me only. I had a chair in my room when we moved in and we had put it in the living room, it's been there for about a year and I just recently brought it back in, felt a lot better in my room when I did so. Took it back to the living room just a few minutes ago and the weird feelings are back. Is it possible this spirit/s is/are mad I took the chair away and it belongs in my room?
PS - can't put the chair in my room because I don't have room until my desk is here

Minimal sleep for a few days and crying a lot makes me act like a devil that starts with b - I'm not sure what's up with me. Probs just being the normal depressed person like I am.
